Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your order. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:   Orders are generally shipped within 5 days using United States Postal Service (USPO).  There is no charge for shipping.  We only ship to the lower 48 states.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We do not offer international shipping at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES   We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at strataavarts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
